When my mom had her stroke in 2000 I was stationed in Vicenza, Italy as a MP...Army Emergency Relief sent me home on the first flight out of Venice in the morning...she wasnt expected to make it through the night...today I am stateside and am struggling w barrowing money to get home to see her before her surgery. My dad says its not necessary o get home yet but I had to take a xanax to calm myself down this afternoon and Ive been asleep since 3 something... My kids are picking on my for sleeping all day lol but I am scared as all hell that something could go wrong during this surgery tomorrow or she could have another stroke afterwards. Sorry Im just venting here lol havent seen my mom since 2010 so Im kicking myself for that too...but Cancer consumed everything in our lives in the last few yrs so I didnt have a choice either j guess...blah OK done venting Thx for all the prayers
