When my mother & father-in-law were alive and living in central FL, Clay and I would visit and always hit the flea market in Mount Dora where Henry Parker sold his honey. I was just adding some Tupelo honey to my applesauce and thought Id see if I could get some via the internet and learned he passed away this summer. Orange Blossom, Palmetto or Tupelo...they were all fantastic and one of my memories of going down to Florida.
