When people think diet or when people attempt to lose weight they think of restriction of calories and certain foods. You dont need to drop your calories to get in shape you have to learn to make healthy choices. Realize that just because there is food in front of you at an event you dont HAVE to eat it.. it isnt about being perfect all the time.. it is about balance.. a lot of people are either 100% on and then 100% off.. and say f%&k it I will restart tomorrow.. instead of thinking of eating healthy as deprivation. . think of it as you want to eat these things to benefit your body.. make you healthy and at the end of the day you will get an awesome healthy slammin body!! ..So many coaches tell clients that you can never have a cheat meal or you can never ever have pizza if you want to be in shape.. I say screw them :).
