When people think of The Farrington Governors they automatically think of such negative things about us. all the fights; all the gangs; that people hating each other because they live just a couple blocks in the wrong direction; all these hoodlums & the list goes on...People are so quick to judge this school & the people that go there. But take it from someone who actually went to school there; you are all WRONG! I transferred to Farrington my junior year; & honestly it was one of the best decisions Ive made. Yeah, we all had our dramas & occasional fights. But honestly; what school doesnt?! Going to Farrington Ive met soooo many amazing people. & Ive learned that no matter what these people been through or going through. No matter how much money they have or didnt have. they never let it get in the way of who they are. The people Ive met here was one of the most Respectful; Caring; Loyal people Ive ever met. Ive stood next to guys that were probably three times my size with the most intimidating looks. But they were always so quick to give up their seats, or ask me how my day is. Whatever situation I was in; theyve ALWAYS had my back. & trust me when I say that you really would want these guys on your side. Lol. But Ive had thee best memories of my life going here; during & after school hours. Haha. Ive experienced Soo many new adventures & gained so much knowledge in the little time I was there. When I thought that I wasnt good enough or smart enough; my teachers & my counselor pushed me to be better. They believed in me! They seen something in me that I failed to see. & theyve always brought out the best in me. I became more involved with school events. I came in as the new girl; the outcast. But they quickly accepted me for who I was & I became a part of this Governor Family....The whole purpose of this long post & video was to show you that its not all what people make it seem. Never judge a book by its cover because they may have that tough outer shell; but deep down theyre the most big hearted people ever! & we ALWAYS know how to have a good time!
