When someone has a special, significant moment in their life or are dealing with what they deem as a hurtful situation, it is imperative that you respect that individuals privacy, allowing them to share when and how they choose, including placing said situations on social media. To do otherwise is insensitive, truly not your place and actually does little for the individual. Today I extend my gratitude to those in my life who, without prompt or question, consistently respect my preferences in both aforementioned scenarios-- celebrating my triumphs and praying over my adversities. ••grateful••
