When the constitution was unveiled on 27 August 2010,we embraced a brand new social social,economic, and political framework to guide the country in the future. Central to the constitution is the emphasis on quality and conscientious service to us through various institution created by the constitution and therefore government through T.S.C need to address Teachers plight seriously. Equally important, teachers need to realise that in line with the bill of rights in chapter four of the constitution, the basic education has made it explicit provisions on the right of children.
