When the students are away for winter break .... Acoustic Blender gets more time! For the next few weeks, the show will run from 5:05 - 8:00pm with the best in folk, Americana, bluegrass and other great roots music. Tonight, some Hanukkah songs, a set from the Carter Family (AP Carter would have turned 123 yesterday) Phil Ochs (would have turned 74 this coming Friday), new music from Johnsmith, Bruce Cockburn, Robert Bruey, and music from folks playing the area, like the Jolly Beggars who will be a the Buttonwood Tree this Friday.
