When training on a regular basis your body needs the correct amount of nutrition to fuel your workouts. You will fatigue a lot quicker if you are not eating enough and relying on low calorie diets. Your body needs the right amounts of carbs fats and proteins!! Protein is essential for repair recovery and building lean muscle which in return burns body fat this is why high protein works extremely well for weight loss .
