When we decided to set up a satellite office In Mutare, I had my doubts in me. I begrudgingly succumbed to the enthusiasm and excitement from my Winfit team. Although I was dragging my feet. I was convinced that Mutare was too small a town to start investing our time and resources. This to me was a reason enough not to bother with this beautiful town. I kept on paying a blind eye to all requests from the diaspora regarding Mutare. Little did I know that God has a way of dealing with my reasoning mind. He all of a sudden sent me a young man who approached me with such zeal and energy and vision regarding serving Mutare. At that point I was left gobsmacked. This young man appeared like a lighting bolt. He left me with questions which I could not answer. I kept asking myself the same question whats going onAll my fears were put to rest and I succumbed to this youngmans zeal for Mutare. Today we have the fastest growing service provider in Mutare, all because Norman made sure he appeared in my office in Harare from Mutare when he knew I was in Zimbabwe. TALK ABOUT .... VISION CONVICTION PASSION ZEAL EFFICIENCY INTENGITY WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ADAPT TO CHANGE.... The young man has it all. I am grateful to God for sending this young man to me. I know Mutare is going to top the list of perfoming towns. To all Mutare Diasporas you are going to enjoy working with this young man. He is so eager and charged up with a lot of energy.
