When we got back from OKC Rockie was having a lot of difficulty just getting up and around to go out and take care of business. I had to work Friday so I got him the first appointment Saturday with the vet. They say its musculoskeletal, probably his hip displsia worsening. They gave him a thorough exam, were waiting on bloodwork, he got an injection, a script for tramadol for pain and another one that is the pill form of the injection they gave him for anti-inflamatory and lastly a tube of ointment for his eyes which have been puffy and gunky looking for a couple of days now. They said hes developing cataracts. Im just glad hes OK for now. Hes been through several MCT removals and surgery for hyperparathyroidism and hes at least ten years old.
