When we look at the concept of Democracy, it is defined as the process through which the voices of the minority are undermined by the voices of the majority through FREE and FAIR election. BUT, Democracy in the most African countries including south Sudan depends only on the military background of the candidate inorder to win the election. Despites of the fact that, we (kukus) are considered as the most highly educated people in the Eqoutoria Region, BUT our present in ARMY is very low compared to other Tribes in the Country as in the following:- 3% in the Army. 40% in the NGOs. 37% in the Business. 7% in the Government. 13% in the Agricultural activities. 0.0% in criminal activities.
