When we pulled Eden from our local shelter, she was in trouble. - TopicsExpress

When we pulled Eden from our local shelter, she was in trouble. Eden was diagnosed with Feline Hepatic Lipidosis. The disease begins when the cat stops eating, forcing the liver to convert body fat into usable energy. If this process continues for too long, fat builds up in the cells of the liver, and the disease has officially onset. Eden was lucky enough to be cared for by an amazing foster mom, who fed her by hand until she was strong enough to eat on her own. Veterinary care and love brought Eden back from a very depressed state. Its obvious in her eyes; she knows she is loved and people are trying to help her. We would love to help her foster mom out with the veterinary bills, special food, and supplies she has provided for Eden. Would you make a small donation to say thank you to a very special person? Be sure to earmark your donation EDEN so that the funds go directly to her care. Online: halrescue.org and click the gold donate button. Mailing Address: HAL, PO Box 237, Manalapan, NJ 07726
