When we took over in 1994, though with constraints by Negotiated - TopicsExpress

When we took over in 1994, though with constraints by Negotiated Settlement of Government of National Unity, we pushed for black people to have access to jobs, rights and proper shelter. Our motive forces were the Blacks, especially africans, the Poor, workers and women. Today our motive forces has altered and greatly reshaping the character of ANC as it tries to modernise for its continued relevancy. Today we look more at class than race. We have Rural Women, Youth, disabled and lastly workers who have somehow being moved to the last. Empowering women, u empower the nation, but with a population of SA being 60% youth, our policies must favour them, hence Youth Subsidies or Scheme, Tshepo10 000, etc. While Unions must protect their interests, ANC as a ruling party must govern the country and make it work. People dont want salary increase, they dont know what is a salary. So lets start there....
