When we were on the topic of Trans-Am cars, I expressed my like for the AMX....then realized that the AM car in the series was the Javelin driven by Mark Donohue and others.....scratching my head, I knew that I had seen a racing AMX somewhere then found this beauty in my pile of pics. I love this car even if this version only went 1320 feet at a time and in a straight line. I still think that AMXs raced somewhere but cant find any evidence of it.
