When we workout our bodies maybe in the gym or in any other sport arena...there is a point you need to rest to recover so that after it our bodies will be stronger ready to take on bigger challenges. Just the same, there are people who work out their minds..(designing strategizing and understanding his and other peoples lives)..the mind gets tired too and also needs rest...during that phase a person can only do so much...pressuring and/or overly demanding that person to do what pleases you will only spread him too thin to the point he has to choose between you or self preservation...and a person who is in the right frame of mind would go for the latter...because there is only ONE SELF...and a billion others. My 2 cents.
