When will they ever learn? Posting any comment let alone one that has as many friends in a group and every group has friends and the same common interest - and "THEY" any "they" do not have the power to "gag" the statement. The Law Society ignored the well worn legal advice that when anyone tries to stop anything being made public they risk it being made even more public. The Publisher of the Web Site "Solicitors from Hell" received so many cases of legal abuse and all supported by evidence that was so clear and compelling that certain solicitors were finding there business was failing. But strangely they had the knowledge and the right to sue the firm for publishing libelous statements but did not. They complained to the Law Society who being ignorant of the natural order of the internet, and the lack of jurisdiction and power of the UK courts obtained at considerable legal costs a High Court Order ordering the UK site to be shut down. The immediate result was that many other sites sprang up. It has taken many years for Solicitors to turn what is a warning to the people about crooked solicitors into a reverse market where solicitors will claim to resolve a problem that they would never have had if the solicitors were honest and the regulators done their job.
