When you are able to let go of all your expectations surrounding your current circumstances, you allow the beauty of the Universe to unfold. I recently realized that I have been holding onto ideas of my future - of where I think I need to be and what I need to do. The tighter I grasped these ideas, the more I became depressed that I was not living up to them. Today, I challenge you to let go of any expectations you are holding onto. Just be. Namasté
