When you are too fixated on what’s missing, or what’s wrong, you are unable to pay attention to the things that are present and are good. Doing this will distort your perception of life and the world. It is only through optimism and hope that one is able to thrive and become successful. Pain-and-suffering are a part of life, so its okay to mourn and be sad at times, however, you must keep in mind that downfalls are meant to make you stronger. Do not let your troubles keep you down, allow them to make you stronger.
