When you call a business be very mindful that you arent their only customer. Also remember that businesses are made up of people just like you. They get sick, have babies, take vacations, etc. Give the same courtesy to them that you would want extended to you in any and all situations. When the time comes and you need to be firm, because I know those times do come on occasion, articulating your concerns will help those trying to help you resolve your problem much faster than venting your frustration will. Help them help you. Reserve the emotion, give the facts, and articulate the necessity. Youll be happy with the results.
