When you enter a strongman competition there is no chance of ever looking like a fool, you are about to do something only a small percentage of the world would even consider doing! if you always think “I am not going to do it cause I might come last” or “I cant do it cause its to heavy” or whatever then youll never know the answer! strongman isnt easy, its not a sport for everyone, I consider myself a winner as I competed against myself, I proved to myself that youll never succeed if your too afraid to give it a try. I stared at weights this weekend that I would never have thought of lifting! I challenged myself and I won! I gave everything I had and the feeling I have right now can’t be taken from me! I had fun met and competed with some great people and I learnt a lot about myself this weekend. In the end I was doing it for me! I AM A CHAMPION!!! Thankyou to everyone involved with running and supporting the Brisbane Health & Fitness Expo’s Strongest Man.
