When you give yourself to a kaupapa, and you are humbled to have - TopicsExpress

When you give yourself to a kaupapa, and you are humbled to have contributed in a small way for the greater good, its a wonderful feeling. It really is. But when people involved start to speak untruths about you, and go about undermining your contribution, and you as a person - particularly when they dont even know you - then it becomes personal. Something of which I dont tolerate. Harihari kōrero - speaking ill about others, spreading rumours, breaks hearts and spirits. Why are we predisposed to this kind of behaviour? I dont understand it.... My theory is - if you have a question, then ask. Dont sit there and stew in your assumptions. We all know that assumptions are the mother of all F*%# ups. We need to support each other, encourage positive thinking, healthy mindsets and relationships rather than doing the opposite. Kia kaha tātau. R x
