When you go to Israel there is a program I need you to look for, they grow Irish Potatoes on a river. They have a technology that allows Potatoes to grow without using soil but water and you harvest them off water. Think of the rivers we have in Uganda that only grow the hyacinth crap, if we would only turn that around to forms of potatoes to be shipped out. We need a new thinking in our country sir for we have so much we simply waste because of bad leaders! - Edward Mulindwa.
