When you hire me to sell your home, here are a few things you won’t get; You won’t get less than the maximum 18 photos allowed on the MLS. You won’t get dark, small, out of focus and or out of proportioned photos of your home posted anywhere. You won’t get less than 2% of allowed 255 character text in both “Agent Remarks” and “Public Remarks” allowed in the MLS. You won’t get partially filled out or lack of required reports displayed inside your home. You won’t get any personal promoting literature displayed inside your home. You won’t get a yard sign lacking easy buyer access to your property information. You won’t get slow response to your call, email, text or buyer inquiries about your home.
