When you speak of the Bill of Rights call them for what they are the Bill of Rights AND Responsibilities. When you talk of the Constitution ALWAYS say the US Constitution, Why? Because Russia has a Constitution that reads almost word for word as our US Constitution reads. Let no one be confused what and who we are. The World does not need another Russia they need and are beginning to beg for again a United States of America. We as Americans are not perfect, but then God has no use for Perfect people. We are the light of God sent to shine light into the darkness that has enveloped this world.
