Whenever a great idea or creative thought comes, it is advisable to write or draw it down asap or chances are youll lose it. As, always I have a small sketchbook and one or several pencil/pen with me, incase I need it. BUT most of the times theres hassle bring those because of the bulkiness . Last week, my brother-in-law gave me a Microsoft Surface Windows 8 Pro. Knowing it is compatible with a stylus I bought a Wacom Bamboo Stylus Feel to be used on the it. Wacom also have this app called Paper so I installed it as well. The Microsoft Surface Windows 8 Pro + Wacom Bamboo Stylus Feel + Wacom Paper = AMAZING. Out of the box I was able to used the stylus on the tablet. Theres almost no learning curve. The combination of those three works flawlessly. It is as if you are really, in my case, drawing on a paper. I just get lost track of the time using it and forgot I was actually drawing on a tablet and not on my sketchbook. Some of the advantages are; first, portability. Now I just have to bring the Surface and the Stylus with me. Next, since its digital, theres no more dirt from the eraser and from sharpening the pencil. Another one is I can put color on my sketches right away. Thank you, If you made it this far. I don’t usually write post regarding (my) gadgets but these new acquisitions of mine are simply awesome. And sorry, I forgot to say it... geek alert.
