With the winds as strong as they were in some areas during that storm, I find it absolutely amazing no one was seriously injured or worse. As I said yesterday, we were sitting at Hwy 41 & Morgan when the storm hit. I havent been that scared by the weather since the June 1982 storm. Kim & I honestly thought our car was going to flip over. We were sitting about a 1/2 block east of the traffic light on WB Morgan at 41. A utility pole fell across the WB lanes of Morgan near Harlan and hit a truck. This was just feet behind us and we had no idea it had happened until later. Just amazing the only thing hurt was property and as we all know, that can be fixed & replaced.
