Whenever the situation in the Typhoon hit areas will show a sign of a bit of normalcy, if not under control. The Government must activate or push through with its business continuity plan, relevant to disasters, as humongous as this. If the Government hasnt any, it needs to develop a viable business continuity methods and systems, in order for things to work effectively, in close coordination and co-operation with the beneficiaries, or the very populace and the local government concerned. Moreso, the National Government must create an ad hoc committee that will be in - charge in the evaluation of the circumstances on the ground, and in the crafting of the mechanism on how to go about the course of action. The ad hoc committee must also oversee the prompt and efficient implementation of the business continuity agenda, until everything is back into its proper place, until all feet are up and standing.
