Haircut, wash and style - 1entry Haircolor service - 2 entries Permanent wave service - 2entries Smoothing treatment - 3 entries Adding an additional service to any of the above options will get you 1entry per additional service. (Wax, conditioning treatment, manicure) Sending a referral earns you 5 entries Purchasing a Tangles Salon tshirt earns 5 entries Gift certificates earn entries according to the "services list" If you are coming in for a service they MUST be scheduled BEFORE service date and entries will be put in after service is complete!
