Where do we begin with 2014?! I guess at some point most of us will face a loss that changes our lives ... It changes how we wake, how we sleep, how we live... I guess the key to dealing with tragedy is finding acceptance and perseverance... Embracing life for the moment and not measured time...Preventing loss from overshadowing all the good in our lives... In 2014 family came to visit us several times while we live abroad. We partied and beached in the Azores, saw the sites in Lisbon, dined in Paris, visited daddy in Sicily, punted in Cambridge and traveled throughout London (even walked THE BEATLES zebra crossing at Abbey Road)! This year I finished 3/4 of my masters degree and got promoted to my dream Airforce job with a dream staff! We watch as Nikkis career continued to be blessed and were thankful that this deployment was far from harms way. We forged new relationships and strengthened our friendships with others... We witnessed our feisty and hilarious daughter become a preschooler...and QUITE a tutu rockin dancer ;) in December we even delivered our very own angel and found hope amongst despair... Oh 2015... We are excited to see what you have to offer! Already embracing many new beginnings! Wishing you all many blessings this year!!!
