Where is our hope? We have not only been betrayed by the White Elephant called Nigeria and poor and dishonest leadership at the state level but also betrayed by the church. The last hope of the vulnerable, meek, lowly and lonely. Rev. Father Mbaka vindicating Ohakim from having overall responsibility when it was alleged that his crazy men assaulted and dehumanised another Rev. Father automatically brings that Rev. Father and the Roman Catholic Church in Imo State into disrepute. In order to restore the image of the Catholic Church in Imo State, that Rev. Father must give a public address stating exactly what happened on that faithful day. If he fails to do so the Catholic Church would need to act swiftly to address the issue. However, this case ends up, it still does not put Ohakim who was also accused of flogging a journalist in the government house on the clear. Where and how are we having all these cow boys as state governors? Can anyone imagine late Gov. Mbakwe who was a true statesman being accused of such? The other day a picture was posted on Facebook show a citizen of the state kneeling before Rochas Okorocha. What an embarrassment? Imo State badly needs a Statesman to come and sanitise that state house that has been reduced nothing!
