Where where you when the world stopped turning? I remember working at Discover card and getting the news. They shut down our call center brought in the TVs and we just sat there in shock and just watched in disbelief. Our call center was turned into a emergency call center for 2 or 3 weeks. The # that was shown all over the news and CNN to call if ur family had survived you were calling us. We had a list of the survived, the list of the diseased, and a list of still missing. One of the hardest things by far Ive ever had to do. For some there was great relief and joy and others...well you can only imagine. The first time I heard this song on the radio I just wept.
