> Where will you Spend your Eternity ? ? ? Luke16:19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich mans table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abrahams bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my fathers house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. This is an overall Question to all Believers in Christ Where will I spend my eternity ? The Lord Jesus made it clear to Us , that after life we have Two (2) Eternity to face . One to Salvation and the Other to Destruction/Suffering. The Above Scripture tells Us more about these Two eternity , it also tells Us what each person will face in the two eternity ahead Us . The Rich man and Lazarus ; the Rich was an example to Us in the second eternity , while Lazarus was another example in the First Eternity First eternity ; Heaven (Gods Kingdom) promised to Us by Jesus (john14:1-4). Gods Kingdom(Heaven) ; 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abrahams bosom: Lazarus was a beggar in through out His Lifetime the world was not worthy of Him . But He died and was carried by the Angel to Abrahams bosom in Heaven , He looses the rich/wealth of the world , but He inherit the Everlasting wealth/joy/rich/happiness in Heaven. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, Second Eternity ; Hell ; Eternal damnation/suffering/destruction. ; the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, ; the Rich man was wealthy / rich in the world , he enjoy through out his life time in the world There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: . But at the end of his rich/wealthy , he met himself in Hell And in hell he lift up his eyes . He was in torment while lazarus was in great Joy. Where do you now Choose ? Heaven or Hell ? You have the chance to choose only here on earth , after death no more repentance (hebrew9:27) . If we ask many Christian now where do you choose ? No one will says I choose Hell they will all choose Heaven . But the question is how many of them are working for that Heaven ? (Hebrew12:14). Holiness the Key to Heaven , How many of them are Holy ? Just as it is written Be Holy many as been defiled(psalm119:1) with the filthiness of the world . You may choose Heaven with your Mouth , but your Lifestyle / how you present yourself to the Lord (Rom12:1) your Christians ways will prove whether you are on the right way to Heaven or Not . Matt7;13 Enter ye in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. The Broad ways : Many Professing Christians go in this way , thinking they are on the Narrow way. A Christian on the wide way ; will continue in sin saying am under grace hiding under the canopy of Grace (Rom8:1) , they fail to acknowledge that verse , A christian on the wide way will dress anyhow putting of mens clothing , make ups , jewelries ; finger ring,earings , chains etc , wearing flirt clothing (isaiah3:16-24) ,they also say you dont have to be holy , we cant do without sin ! thinking they are satisfying God , but they are not , they are satisfying the Devil a word of the devil in an divine encounter by bro Emmanuel Eni , the Devil says to his agents ; Leave the Hypocrite in the Church for they are like me ! Ahaah Will you now stop being a hypocrite in the church of God ? A pastor on the wide way ; will tell His member/congregation dress anyhow , He will only preach about Prosperity , the word of the Kingdom will be missing from his mouth just that God will bless you , God will prosper you. , Be blessed ! . But He wont preach the word of the Kingdom it is not A̶̲̥̅̊ church the Bible calls them Synagogue of Satan . (Proverb14: 12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.). They leads to destruction. Jesus makes it clear ; mark10:23 And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! 24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. 26 And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved? 27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. The Narrow way ; a Christian on the narrow way keeps him/her self from the filthiness of the world , he desist from anything unclean , he abstain from evil , he pursues not the riches / pleasures of the world , but only the Kingdom of God they seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness . They strife to go to total perfection/holiness/righteousness. (Isaiah35:8)(isaiah52:11) Then will you now choose your eternity ? ? ? if you choose Heaven , then you retrace back your Life styles as a christian show your Light hide not your light , let it shine to the world , then you know you have a great Hope better off than the pleasures of the world go out from there come out of it and be pure . FLEE FROM SIN 1timothy6:11 ; 11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. WITH HOLINESS/PERFECTION/RIGHTEOSNESS/GODLINESS,FAITH,LOVE,PATIENCE,MEEkNESS , THEN HEAVEN IS YOURS
