Peek at societies before Christ and be horrified to know all of them practiced torture and human sacrifice and public bloodsport. The exceedingly slow will not know how to test or falsify the premise that the more Jesus the more freedom, the less the more oppression but the bright understand earth and countries are laboratories where ideologies are tested producing results as clear as crystal.
