Whether its in the supermarket, traffic jam or my morning run, strangers keep saying to me, Welcome back from Nairobi Maurice...These so called strangers are not just strangers,...they are my fans who follow my posts on social media! Im humbled to know that all over the world, regardless of age or race, people follow my posts and wish me well in all I do, and the fact that my fame has not been derived from public scandals, stunts or bad news, but simply from the fact that I am a musician! I cant begin to imagine what it would be like if I did not have this talent, or if my mother didnt screw my head on right,...would my fans still love me this much?, would I walk the streets with shame or would I be free to walk the streets at all? One thing for sure though, Id be guaranteed a top page feature on the daily news, at different costs on many an imaginable levels! But here I am Sitting at a local restaurant, just like a normal dude, only to later sell out concerts like a star, Im blessed! I have my fans to thank for that, thank you for believing in my Music, thank you for standing by my Unconventional ways, thank you for showing me what lovely simply is! Ill forever do my best to remain the person I am, simply because I feel comfortable and it rubs off others nicely! Thank you for believing and loving Mwooyo! Let the music talk! Maurice.
