I dont usually ask people to share my status (technically I generally dont set something to public unless its worth sharing), but why dont you both watch this and share this video. Even if you dont have time to watch this all in one sitting, you can do what I did and keep it in an open tab to listen to it when you have time, or you can skip through it if some parts are hard for you to follow.
