Whew. 65 thrusters (squat into an overhead press), 65 pull ups - assisted (very assisted), 65 kettle bell swings, 800 meters rowing at about 38, an hour of spin class…..ok my ass is officially kicked. Pardon my French. My friend Jayson Winquist did it in half the time and 50% more weight with an extra hour of spin (yes two hours of spin)….the man is officially an animal. I feel destroyed. Time for a nap and then off to write. I was last again but I didnt quit. Five days into trying to totally cut out man made sugar I am down 7 lbs…thanks to a lot of broccoli, asparagus, peppers, almonds, and walnuts. Just need to maintain my commitment to better habits!
