Whew! What a workout! I usually go 5km a day,today I did 3km of walking and 2km running on the track,considering I never ran in my life except when I was running from the cops when I was younger,I never shared this but for the sake of feelin good i started walking and doin my health regime June 10 at this time I weighed 282 lbs yes holy shit or holy cow more like it!lol July 10 I weighed 262 lbs,August 6 I weighed 256lbs and yes fat ur goin down! Go fat chicken go nah!lol yes I can have a sense of humour because I feel good about myself and its all about me feels pretty damn good,next week will be this routine plus flippin my bro-inlaws water truck tire between the soccer posts for the squat n lounge workout, and hopefully start hitting the gym for weight training when fall comes around! #thisismytransformationIgotthisImgonnabeabrandnewmeandfeelgoodaboutit! #booyah!(Y),
