Whew........sent all our voting papers off yesterday.....four from my household...everybody pretty much in the same waka..... Ray Gwen and Angus Ken and Prue Ken and Prue Ken, Josh Briggs, Wayne Guppy, Micheal Bott, Katy Austin.......???? Make sure you vote everybody.....read about the candidates.....see how they align with your values....what can they do for your communities, what have they done for your communities......warm up for next years General Elections..... If you havent received your voting papers it probably means you have moved or you are not enrolled so go down to the local library or your local community house and ask if they can help you enrol......then you can vote........ Oh and Meka Whaitiri our Labour MP for Ikaroa Rawhiti will be visiting the Pomare Community House this Friday at 1.30pm so come along and let her know whats happening in our rohe....... And to our whanau in Upper Hutt City........Iris Pahau for Council.....
