Whewwwwww, the most exciting part of our day is over and now we are starting to settle down a little. With that said, I wanted to post a few of the pics I made today. Here is a very special stocking my mom gave me sorta kinda. The story behind it.....my paternal grandmother gave it to me( and my little sis who was 4 months old at the time) for Christmas in 1972 when I was just 3 1/2. Im not sure why, but me and little sis, we have let our mom keep them and year after year she gives them to us filled with goodies. Some of my old favorites she always tries to make sure I find, some new Christmas socks, a box/bag of Andys Mints and a Christmas classic for us, a Russell Stover marshmellow Santa Caluse. Just as always, they were there today. Not sure how well you can tell from the picture, but my dear old stocking is definitely showing signs of wear and tear from the years. Not sure how much longer she will last
