Which part hurts, the most !!!! i really dont know,my chest,my head,my throat or my back,cant get a proper breath,everytime i breathe it catches me and i start coughing,chest is absolute agony,when i start coughing it feels like it ripping my chest and throat out and my head is going to explode,and then there is the lower back pain.finally managed to lie down at 7am and get 2 hours of very interupted off on sleep.I rarely catch things and dont know what the hell this is ive caught but jesus christ does it hurt
