Which workout did you do today? I did BodyRock Lean Day 2, Cathe Party Rockin step & SBF Tabata and Arms. Lean Day 2 was actually quite intense as long as you keep up the pace. I was surprised to see that the first week had 50 work 10 rest intervals, whilst the 2nd week only had 30 work 10 rest. I burned 160 cals in 12 mins, with a lot of it being strength training so that was a great warm up. I love Cathes step workouts cause they are easy to follow, but still intense enough to keep you in that high fat burning heart rate the entire time. I burned 490 cals in 40 mins and was dripping with sweat at the end of it. The party rockin step 1 and 2 DVDs are awesome because the premixes give you bonus workouts from the other DVD. Todays premix was half step 1, half step 2 finishing with the total combination of step 1 at the end. A lot of fun with high energy music.
