While I agree that harassment is a problem, and most men need to just keep their damn mouths shut, the police do NOT need any more power or reach. Street Harassment DOES NOT NEED LAWS. People need education and the PEOPLE need to handle this problem. NO situation has EVER gotten better when it was handed to the government to be taken care of, when it could have been solved by the People (without creating new laws).
