While I dont agree with how SWA (over)reacted, Im not a fan of people threatening to tweet about something after they feel they were wronged. The passenger was certainly entitled to be upset about the way he felt he was (mis)treated; however, threatening with I’ll be sure to tweet about it (and then doing it) seems silly and immature. Not a great example for his children. That being said, Ive certainly used social media to complain. Also, Im only basing my comments on what I read in this article which Im sure is not the entire story. Whats your take?
