While I sit here and think about my life and my friends I am truly blessed. Yesterday I was heading to the car and realized I forgot something and my leg gave out so I fell and took a tumble down a few of the concrete steps outside the apartment. I was sore and bleeding and it was excruciating to stand and also to touch anywhere around the wound. I had friends come to my rescue to help me out. I was in such pain that I ended up at York Hospital ER. While there I overheard a conversation of a man who was contemplating suicide. He said he didnt have anyone in his life that cared or would miss him if he was gone. I was sad by this and I can only guess that he has not come to know the Lord. Today I was blessed by friends again coming to tend to me...made breakfast, washed dishes, washed my wound...etc. Whether you are a friend that I see daily, weekly, or sporadically or even some I know just through Facebook I want you to know that you are important..My friends are gems to me and I hold you dear. I am thankful as some of you have opened your homes to me and I am happy to do the same. I love you all and I am only a message or a phone call away and know that somebody does care. Feeling blessed, God is good--all the time!
