While I was at the ER I posted my surprise about people being inpatient. Now that I have a real keyboard, I would like to clarify my statement. I am not going to go on with all my thoughts...just one really. First I would like to note, that with the children we care for we spend a lot of time in the ER. I also worked at as a receptionist for a 24Hr ER Veterinary Clinic for two years. I am empathetic to what people experience during the time of an emergency, and that responses are different for each person...I understand these peoples expressions of frustration. The people I was referring to are the ones that tell the staff that they have somewhere else to be...dinner plans, movies and so on,,,they need to see the doctor so that they can get out of there and attend these plans... Those are the people to whom I was referring in my earlier post. I could make many more points about this...but meh... Thanks to everyone who knows me for explaining my comment while I was unable to.
