While enjoying music & food at the #30AFest 30A Songwriters Festival benefitting the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County... we lost a good friend, talented artist, jeweler, writer, community advocate and rare gem this weekend. Rocky Hard of his former Grayt Grounds of Monet Monet Rock Hard Designs in Grayton Beach with his main home & shop Rock Hard Designs in Downtown Pensacola, passed away Saturday. Along with his designer daughter Mariel Heart, many artist along the #GulfCoast collaborated with him including Seaside - New Town, Old Ways La Vie Est Belle as seen in Rockys Burning Heart Series with the addition of Mignots Pearls. Countless local residents to international royalty are draped in his pieces. Im thankful for the 16 years that I was able to know him, introduced by my husband who has been his friend 35 years.
