While everyone was debating this happened NAG (NOT A GAME) YALL NEED TO BE GETTIN DOWN AND TRAINING! the level is getting ridiculous TRY THIS: TRAINING PLAN FOR YOUNG POPPERS -wake up: GO OUTSIDE AND RUN 30 MIN! BIG BREAKFAST -8am: 100 pushups, 8 COUNT POPPING DRILLS TO 5 min SLOW FUNK, (hold the tension for 8 counts and relax for 8 counts) FRONT and BACK LEG POPPING DRILLS to 5 min slow funk, Chest and Neck Popping drills to 5 minute slow funk. -9am: put on your favorite groove songs, and move FREESTYLE without popping, think about what you want to do and DONT DO IT! START APPLYING YOUR POPPING TECHNIQUES TO EACH ANGLE bit by bit, and find the perfect medium to your POP, ANGLES, GROOVE, and if you choose DIME STOP, everyone has there own FORMULA and percentages of each category. -10am: Play 30 Minutes of Hard core POPPING Tracks you love, and GO IN Hard POPPING and FREESTYLE only stop when an IDEA comes in, and then you work the IDEA for 3 MIN, and write it down, and then KEEP FLOWING, HARD POPPING and FREESTYLE until you come across another IDEA (work it for 3 minutes write it down, and Continue) If you have at least 5-10 ideas written on the paper, then it is a good day =) -10:30am: imagine your favorite Battle Poppers are lined up in front of you, and Battle them one at a time, sometimes it works to do there rounds as well and assume what they would do and then counter there rounds... 11AM: REST!!! GET ONLINE, drop opinions, debate respectfully! cause you earned it!!! lol -12pm: work on a style or technique to put on top of your POPPING like ANIMATION, KING TUT, WAVES, THREADS, ect, You can hit some youtube tutorials, or create by way of FLOW, or imitate life and cartoons and movie animation. spend a half hour watching a recommended film like CLASH of the TITANS, you can even look at footage and get an idea from someone you admire, and first copy and then CHANGE IT! CHANGE THE TIMING, THE DIRECTION, THE BODY PARTS USED, THE FEELING, AND THE END OF THE MOVE! Biters beware... -1pm; meet with several partners, each one of you teach something to each other and Drill it! (but dont share your new ideas that you made up in the morning) train each other for 1 hour with drills and techniques. 2pm: STAND IN A CIRCLE AND CALL EACH OTHER OUT! minimum 5 rounds!, and now THROW THOSE MOVES AND IDEAS OUT IN THESE SMALL BATTLES! and battle until last man stands or until time to go home REMEMBER: THE ONLY WAY TO TRAIN POPPING IS BY POPPING THE ONLY WAY TO GROOVE AND FREESTYLE IS TO GET DOWN THE ONLY WAY TO TRAIN BATTLING IS TO BATTLE! ect props to brothers like @Hoan, for keeping cats on there toes.. blessings and hope this might help someone
