While gettin ready for church this mornin..i caught my reflection in my mirror... i stopped an looked for a while then walked away... tryin to finish the get everybody ready to go thingy..i went back to the mirror an just stared at the reflection it was throwin back at me... i thought man oh man..aint we a purty sight...sure nuff i wasnt seen Ms America.. nor was it Barbie.. heck not even all them drop dead gorgeous body buildin women.. yu know the kind that turns every ones head..well i as i stood there i kept thinkin..wow how time flys an how much weve changed...to good grief look at this outta shape figure..then it hit me..i didnt have my super duper anti wrinkle cream on an my make-up wasnt even started nor were my Rose colored glasses anywhere to be found....so heckfire..what was i to do now...well i turned one more time to see this reflection of this person ive become to only notice the body i hold aint so bad after all...besides if this old gal is good enuff for Jesus an He loves me just as i am... scraggle puss an all... then who cares what the rest of the world thinks of how i look...so as i walked away lookin like a plain jane i waltzed off to church with a smile on my face....id learn a lesson from myself this mornin... if ya cant love yourself then how will the world learn to love you for who you are...looks are only skin deep...its whats inside this shell we all live in called our bodies an heart is what matters the most... for the shallow folks who thinks looks are everything... sometimes maybe they aughta take a good long look at their reflections as well...an learn to love with the inside not from the outside..just was piddlin an thought id share this with ya... love love an love some more... its what makes this ol world a happier place... woohoooo off an fixin supper... know that your loved always...Toodles....
