While handling the live broadcast for INTIs Easter Day Concert. I saw the girl whom I once had a huge crush on her. I still remember the day we met, we hung out, we did assignments together and so much more. Good memories. But as good as they sound, good comes with bad. There were times when things didnt go as well as I thought, didnt go as planned. Things went sour. We argued. We fought. But we compromised. A lot of people told me we looked adorable together, but she was too childish. I didnt believe them. I believed she is mature in her own way. Alas, religion was the only thing that stood between us. Dont get me wrong. Im not saying religion is at fault. I couldnt be with her because I wasnt a Christian. After another period of time, after a number of promises that I made and broke numerous times, she had it. On present day, we are no longer talking to each other despite my numerous efforts in attempting to communicate with her. But I should thank her because I have a girlfriend now whom I love very much. Even if we didnt turn out to be together, I still think of her as a great friend. I wanted us to be good friends again. Just like last time. I realized it was my mistake to not keep promises. Lesson learnt that I wont be making promises that I couldnt keep anymore. Still, if youre reading this, would you be my friend again? For those of you who knows who is this, please dont tag her. I would appreciate it very much.
