While hurricanes cause anxiety, fear, uncertainty and dread, Im so grateful for the peace that resides within me. GOD I thank you for all that I have, while it may not be much Im ever so grateful for the people you have blessed me with. My family from birth, my children, spiritual family, Ardyss family and the friends that I have that feel like family. I also thank you for my island home. Heavenly Father I ask that you keep watch over the island of Bermuda and all that reside with in her. Please expand your loving hand of protection and keep us all safe from any danger or harm. GOD I ask that this hurricane and all others after it miss us and we only experience tail winds that harm nothing at all. GOD while everything happens for a reason I ask that you give us all peace and understanding to deal with and get over anything that may happen beyond our control. GOD please bless this country with peace, love, kindness, compassion and strength towards each other as we prepare, endure, and clean up after the storm. I also ask Lord that everyone has a safe place to stay is housed and has food to eat and anything else needed to get through the hurricane and after. Father I ask this in Jesus name. AMEN
